Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I used PM Proofreading’s academic editing service for a revised manuscript of over 10,500 words and was very satisfied overall. I requested a quotation on 30 September, received it the same day, and although the estimated turnaround was five days, the edited manuscript was returned by 2 October.
The proofreading was thorough and picked up many details I had missed, including spacing, formatting and reference issues. I did not accept every suggested revision, particularly a few that slightly changed the intended scientific meaning, but my topic is quite specialised, so I found that understandable.
Overall, the service was efficient, careful and good value for money. I would use PM Proofreading again for academic proofreading and language editing.
